CSU Office of Engagement and Extension

Along with other members of my team, I recently helped launch a new website for the Office of Engagement and Extension. The project involved creating several dozen unique web pages, new content, images, and navigation. This site now serves as a “learner hub,” with information and links to many OEE organizations, programs, and resources, including CSU Extension, CSU Online, CSU Water Center, and others.

Colorado State University Online

The CSU Online website has been my primary ongoing project for the past seven years and we’ve made significant progress on the overall design, user experience, and information architecture (despite its outdated CMS). Working alongside a CRO consultant, we’ve conducted multiple A/B tests to make conversion-boosting improvements across the site using Convert.com (and previously Google Optimize). This testing has produced numerous feature updates and increased the average conversion rate sitewide by several percentage points.

Veterinary System Services (VSS)

As part of my freelance work, I helped completely rebuild and relaunch the VSS website for a client on the Wordpress platform. This project kicked off with a branding discussion. The website build included content, design, branding (including an updated logo and brand colors), information architecture, navigation, and on-page search engine optimization.
